The Civil Engineering department offers state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. The laboratory infrastructure varies greatly based on both undergraduate curriculum as well as advanced research. The department has already established nine fully functional laboratories namely Strength of Material(SM) Lab, Hydraulics Lab, Engineering Materials Lab, Surveying Lab, Transportation and Traffic Engineering Lab, Geo-Technical Engineering Lab, Environmental Engineering Lab, Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) Lab , GIS and Remote Sensing Lab and Drafting Studio. Most of the major labs are located in the basement covering an area of 5,000 sq. ft. and rest are located in the 5th and 7th floor.
