Center for Consultancy, Training, Testing and Research (CCTTR), a concern of the Civil Engineering Department, UIU, will be organizing a seminar on “From Isa Khan’s Panam Nagar Culverts to The Padma Bridge: Bangladesh’s Bridge Building Odyssey.”

In this seminar, the speakers will share the growth of the bridge-building industry from 1947 to 1971 and then will be discussed in detail from 1971 to the present. Finally, the seminar will end with the history of the Padma Bridge Project, from the feasibility study to its completion in June 2022.
